PROJECT DESCRIPTION / PROJE TANIMI
The proposed furniture design is considered as an addition to the “Lima” room set of the Caploonba firm. The concept idea originates from the meanings of the city of Lima, and multifunctional ”arms” for users (cat and baby) are considered, with reference to the six arms of the most popular nickname “octopus”. With reference to the duality in the coat of arms of the city of Lima, the unity of two users is considered, and this duality is provided with games/toys that can be hung, disassembled, and reassembled. At the same time, a “arm” unit creates the private zone of the cat, which is the main user, and the cat user’s own area of need is created. With references taken from the furniture in the Lima room set, the curved frame and linearity with the use of pink are seen in the KEDUO – multifunctional playing unit.
