Nature and soil, which are the healing properties of biophilic design, are the starting point of the project. Accordingly, the basic structure of the design was determined as the soil. Sprouts emerging from it represent children, reflected in the design as roots and stems. While the walls rising to the upper floor level reflect the stems of the sprouts, the playgrounds inserted in those stems reflect the roots. The sprouts have been determined as symbolic elements of the design. 

Biyofilik tasarımın iyileştirici özelliği olan doğa ve toprak tasarımın çıkış noktasıdır. Buna uygun bir şekilde tasarımın temel yapısı toprak olarak belirlenmiştir. Topraktan çıkan filizler çocukları temsil ederken tasarım formu olarak da kökler ve gövde olarak yansıtılmıştır. Mekanda bir üst kata kadar yükselen duvarlar filizlerin gövdesini yansıtırken bu gövdelere saplanan oyun alanları ise kökleri temsil etmiştir. Yukarı katlara doğru çıkıldıkça büyüyen filizler tasarımın bir simgesi olarak belirlenmiştir.
